I met Nathan 4 weeks prior to selling my property whilst he was propspecting door to door locally, I had no intention of selling at that time allthough that changed very quickly after finding another property only weeks later. I called Nathan and had my property listed within 4 days and sold within two weeks for a great result! Nathan provided great feedback throughout so I was always across open times and who was coming through - I highly recommend Nathan and would happily sell with him again!

Nathan was very helpful and absolute pleasure to deal with

Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work with! He put us at ease while we tried to navigate the market looking for our first home and was always quick to reply to any queries we had. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients and the prospective purchasers.

Nathan won us over within our first meeting & can honestly say it was the best decision we made. Nathan has a passion & energy which translates to the way he works & operates. Everything he talked to within our initial meet & greet he stuck to & delivered against. Through the process of the sale he kept us well informed & managed the campaign in a way that exceeded our expectations & delivered us an outcome we couldn’t be happier with. Could not recommend Nathan more highly for anyone who is planning to buy or sell their home.

I found Nathan to be a very professional agent who was dedicated to getting the best result possible. His communication skills were excellent and his attention to detail was second to none. I am more than happy with the result he achieved for the sale of our property and I would highly recommend him to any future customer. Thanks again Nathan!

Nathan made the whole process of buying our new home easy and effortless with his great communication, enthusiasm and passion for real estate! As buyers we had ultimate confidence in Nathans ability to secure our purchase in this competitive market. Nathan is a complete professional and kept us informed throughout the sale process with his enviable communication skills and friendly manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy (or sell)

Good knowledge of local area. Great service with prompt follow up and response times. Did not try push us in any direction, remained neutral throughout the process which allowed us to trust the agent. Easy painless process.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the area where I purchased my property. Timely communication.

Very polite, simplified the scenario for us and resulted in a great outcome.

Nathan was very helpful throughout the OFI & auction process. His friendly & professional manner is a credit to him.

Nathan sold my property recently, he made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as it could be. Nathan was extremely honest and upfront, and an excellent negotiator with a very pleasant personalised touch. Highly recommended.

Nathan’s knowledge of the current market was exceptional, he was able to guide my partner and I on the current market conditions. Nathan. Nathan constantly updated us on any news during the sales process, which made us feel more comfortable that we knew everything that was going on, this was a nice touch that stood out in Nathan’s attitude towards the sale.
