We have come across a number of agents while searching for the right property and found not every agent is good to deal with. Nathan is an agent with great communication skills. He listens to you and provides timely feed back. I am sure, he protected the vendors interest for the sale but I would like to deal with him again and recommend to everyone.

We recently made the decision to sell and met with 5 agents from the area; all of the big name agents including 1 boutique one. Nathan was recommended by our friends who bought a house from him a couple of years ago so we made sure he was shortlisted. From our research he was also the number 1 seller in the area. Following our initial consultation, we were pretty confident we would be going with Nathan but met with the remaining agents just in case; Nathan was the third agent we met of 5. He was punctual, knowledgeable and clearly well researched. He did not come across too 'salesman' like which we were weary of (and not especially receptive of) and was a clear standout of those interviewed. His fees and advertising costs were very competitive...very very competitive and even when we pressed him about some of our concerns, he answered thoughtfully and honestly. The whole selling process went very smoothly, much smoother than expected and Nathan was able to achieve a fantastic result for us. A result which from our research was looking quite challenging but not only were we able to sell for more than expected, we were also able to get the settlement period we wanted. Nathan told us from the get-go that he was a hard worker and works hard for his sales...which strangely enough was not mentioned by the other candidates interviewed. We were a little sceptical and had the 'once we sign with him, we'll become less of a priority' mindset about his comment but we were nicely surprised by his continued hard work. His prompt communication either by email, text or by phone, weekend or after hours, always kept us updated and informed. We can't thank Nathan enough for getting us the result we needed. We put quite a bit of pressure on him as we needed the urgent sale and he got the job done. We would strongly recommend anyone reading this review to stop looking and to go with Nathan, you will not regret it.
