Nathan's approach was direct, to the point and included the weak points we needed to be aware of and not just all the 'good' things we already knew. Nathan shared the strengths and weaknesses of our property and explained the process from a strong selling point and from a point of view that we might not get much interest. Therefore, we were prepared for the worst and best case scenarios. We were very successful in selling the property and Nathan's communication all the way along the journey was greatly appreciated.
