On our first consult he was punctual, upbeat about prospects for a successful sale, realistic about pricing and listened to our opinions and what we required. He definitely knew the current market. He got to work very quickly to ensure a photo shoot was booked, advertising organised and from the get go was getting some interest in our home. He kept us in the loop and when an offer was made took our instructions on board and negotiated a successful sale. There were a few minor hiccups on the new purchasers side mainly meeting deadlines which we probably could of benefited from some feedback from Nathan rather than hearing from our solicitors but that would be the only negative in our whole experience. Highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking at buying or selling. He will get the job done!
