I recently purchased a house in Morwell and found Nathan to be helpful, informative and professional throughout the process. I was interstate during this purchase but Nathan was happy to answer any questions and supplied a video walk through quickly, then showed relatives of mine through the house. I had a few problems selling my house but again Nathan kept me informed of what was happening here in Morwell. I had a bad experience with another agent in the area so was starting to think perhaps renting was going to be my only option but thankfully I found the house listed with Stockdale and Leggo who were happy to help. I'd definitely return to them in the future if considering buying or selling property.

Although we didn’t sell for the initial price we quoted given it was a little high. We did end up selling for a price we thought was better than fair. Nathan always kept us up to date with offers from the market and advised correctly on our pricing strategy. Being in a sales role myself I would recommend Nathan going forward.
