From the very first enquiry about the house Nathan was courteous and efficient. He always spent aa much time as we needed answering questions and giving us information. He was extremely patient and even after he had sold us the house he promptly answered our phone calls and concerns and followed through. I don’t think there was anything asked of him that he didn’t attend to even after the contract had been signed. He ticks all the boxes one could ask for and we sincerely thank him for enabling us to buy our home. We highly recommend him.

Hi all prospective sellers. Having been in the sales game a long time myself, sellers work on commission, I felt it was important to offer above the standard commission on my block of land to get it sold, quickly. I have owned this land for around 18 years, price hasn't altered too much over that time. Recently I discovered the property was worth about $120,000, so decided to sell. Nathan sent me the commission agreement for 2 percent. I new this would not be great encouragement to sell my land quickly, so I crossed out the 2 percent and wrote in 6 percent, that's right, 6 percent. Well it worked, my land was sold for $117,000 within 2 weeks. Now that is a commission well worth paying for. Thanks Nathan, if I ever have something else for sale in your area, I will increase the commission so I can get sold quicker. Nathan is a fantastic real estate agent; he was extremely accommodating to our every need. We were selling one property and buying another property at the same time, which was highly stressful and exceedingly difficult to get everything to line up perfectly, there was a very real chance of us becoming homeless for a week or two, thankfully Nathan did everything within his power to make sure this didn’t happen, and I couldn’t be more thankful. When we approached Nathan we gave him one week to sell our property and have the contracts signed, we knew it was a stretch but we had already found our forever home and needed desperately for everything to work out, he said to us that he could do it but at this price and we need to do this and that to the property first, we accepted his expertise and followed his instructions to the letter and he was spot on with his advice, our property sold within an hour! And at a profit for us! Unfortunately, our buyer was difficult to deal with, but Nathan took the stress out of that and delt with every spanner that was thrown into the works and got the job done, 9am on a Sunday Nathan was at our property for the buyer inspection, which to me shows commitment!
