I used to live on the peninsula so getting down to Morwell to meet with tradies for quotes etc. was too far to commute and with work I had massive time constraints. He made himself available to take calls from the trades I had organised and made times with them so they could quote. He did it all with a smile and always answered my calls within the hour if he was busy with his other clients. He cares for both his purchasers and vendors. He listened to what I was after in a property and where, and after only visiting 2 houses with him, I had found the one that was just right. He is a brilliant agent, extremely personable. Over the last year and a half I have dealt with at least 15 agents in Morwell and he is the only one that just understood me.
