Managed to co-ordinate a sale with a buyer who was a perfect match for my property. Previously I'd tried to market the home without success a number years ago. Nathan this time around found a buyer within 8 days during lockdown and my expectations were exceeded.

Nathans orchestrated online auction we viewed in his office was disappointing, ugly and a farce. We felt misled by his advising there will be six registered bidders participating at the auction. There was only ONE!! The auctions reserve price was not reached and we "passed in" the auction and walked out of his office. Four hours after the auction Nathan came up with a surprise unregistered bidder to whom we sold reluctantly and still under the reserve. Nathan was pleased the property sold. We were not.
