I'm a tough client. I have high expectations whether it's a Cafe, a Car Dealership or a Real Estate Agent. From first meeting, pictures, opens and auction I was impressed. Nathan and Giuseppe eclipsed my expectations. Our home was a tiny old home, on a large oddly shaped parcel of land. Nathan gave some helpful advice to improve the home economically and it was definitely worth doing the small (and large) updates/improvements.
