Excellent advice and updates on the market position and the investment into preparing and approaching the sale. Answered my many questions and when offers were made, provided good information and advice to as I considered my options. Was able to organise the extra cleaning, removal of extra unwanted items, referral to stylists and reports on each viewing. When the offers were made provided detailed summaries for me to consider. When I needed to reconsider my sale price, was there to hear my concerns. Always very professional and considerate throughout the sale, including the celebratory present of wine and chocolates!
