I really cannot speak highly enough of Nathan. As busy working professionals Nathan went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an agent, to make the transaction as simple and swift as possible. Nathan not only listed at a fair and accurate price but he then promptly found a buyer. But the service did not stop there. Nathan then went on to liaise with the buyers for us taking care of all their requests, organised the lawns to be done throughout the process, arranged for the pool to be cleaned, arranged for a roof to be painted and he even organised new batteries in all the blind remotes for the new owners (at his own expense), and came to the property to personally fix a broken door! We did not have to lift a finger, or even make a phone call. Nathan took care of all the details and in doing so removed a lot of stress from the sale. You just don't get service like this anymore.
