A few frustrations developed during the settlement process (which was out of Nathan's control) he worked to ensure we were informed of the causes of the hold ups and was empathetic to the situation. We had our house listed with another agent for 18 months prior to listing with Nathan. Though we received 2 offers they they did not come to fruition.
