The agent listed the property at an unrealistic price just to get the listing. He did not follow my instructions and marketing strategy. The property became stale on the market and he entered negotiations with the buyer claiming that he got an unconfirmed verbal offer from the buyer for approximately 120K under the asking price. The property got eventually sold due to circumstances significantly contributed to by the delays for a lower than likely final price originally recommended by several other agents. The agent was pushy, manipulative and confrontational. Pending a likely complaint to the relevant industry regulatory authority upon legal recommendations.

This is my third time utilising Nathan as an agent (once to purchase, and twice to sell). I would certainly recommend Nathan and use him again. In this instance he sold my apartment in Edge Hill. The thing about Nathan is he works really hard for your interests, but in a transparent and honest manner. This was a particularly difficult sale - I admit I was a 'difficult' vendor, as my position required a certain sale price, that did not necessarily mean market price. We had a tenant to deal with and some maintenance issues. Nathan was not judgemental and did not give up - and somehow (still not sure how) got me an offer that solved all of my problems. He also took care of dealing with the tenant, rental agent and maintenance issues. What a legend. 10/10 experience.
Excellent .we listened to Nathan .his input so important yes we overlooked certain area's. My wife and I have been to countless inspections with Nathan & Jenna. They understand that you need to connect that one buyer to the right property to execute a sale. On many occasions that buyer was not us.
