I met Nathan when I went to an open house house across the road from my mother in laws house. I was dreading the thought of asking his advise because a lot of real estate agents keep on pestering you when you give your name and phone number. At the time we were talking about selling my mother in law, Merle's house, so we had a chat and he gave me some advise and I asked him not to bother Merle as she was always stressed and upset when people rang her and especially another real estate agent that rang and knocked on her door all the time.
