Nathan was always courteous and respectful but communication in the early stages of our sale was less than we hoped. He didn't appear to be proactive in looking for buyers, relying on open inspections.

We were extremely happy with Nathan's service, I felt he was loyal to us as sellers, professional and realistic. Our house sold within nine days of being listed at out asking price.

When I had finished renovating our rental after it was left in a very poor state we had made up our minds to put it on the market and let it go this time . I compared properties that were sold and currently available for sale in the Lawnton area . Nathan was the agent dealing with the properties that compared much the same as ours so I had the feeling that this man would have his finger on the pulse when it came to the type of house we had to sell .
