I first met Nathan when I was looking for my unit in Lane Cove in 2013 and although I did not buy the unit from him I was very impressed with his standard of professionalism and excellent marketing of other units at that time. I made a mental note then that I would go to him when the time came to sell my unit.
Two years later when I was thinking about selling, I met Nathan at an open home and later met with him to discuss the market and sales process. Nathan explained the process very well as well as being very realistic about what I could expect to achieve.
Nathan was extremely helpful in terms of getting the unit ready for market from recommending the best colour schemes for the surfaces to the best flooring options as well as some tricks for updating appliances and other fixtures and fittings. He referred me to an excellent handyman and flooring retailer and liaised with them directly to obtain access to the unit to carry out the work.
Nathan kept me up to date every step of the way throughout the marketing campaign with detailed verbal and written reports. He worked really hard with potential buyers’ - many of whom were concerned about reduced auction rates and the media coverage about Sydney’s softening market at that time (October 2015). The final sales price was within $5k of the Nathan’s original estimate which I was extremely pleased with. I believe it was the 2nd highest recorded price for established (ie not brand new) 1 bedroom units at the time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan to any prospective vendor.
