Nathan was a great agent to deal with on our first home purchase. Obviously during the price negotiation phase Nathan's interests were aligned to the buyer, pushing us to increase our price. However these negotiations were fair and Nathan operated with integrity. Once we made the purchase, Nathan quickly switched to looking after our interests and was excellent to deal with during the pesky post-sale tasks. Nathan helped us organise a property inspection, valuation and extension of the cooling off period. Nathan was also very flexible and helped us after hours and on his day off.
