This review is for Neeru Vimal and our experience with the company. We are absolutely made up with the standard of service we have received from YPA, particularly from Neeru who have kept me informed and updates every step of the way through emails/phones. Her response time and communication is first class. The procedure and efficiency is flawless, and I cannot fault any part of our experience. Neeru is the perfect professional, clearly driven and passionate in her work. Our first meeting was excellent, she was friendly and answered all our questions with an open and honest attitude which was a breath of fresh air compared to some of our past experiences which have lacked information and communication. She has also kept in touch with us throughout this journey and has been a pleasure to talk to each time. Selling a property in COVID situation is not easy and me and my partner have been under stress due to a challenge in property market. We have certainly landed on our feet to find such a gorgeous and well presented property agent which is also backed by professional and efficient individuals who have made the process as easy as you can imagine. We cannot thank Neeru enough for her help and professionalism throughout this process, and we cannot express how much we can recommend them. They have been absolutely faultless to this point and helped us beyond their limits. Thank you Neeru! From two very excited and grateful property sellers, Amit & Neera
