We chose Neil's agency to sell our house, as they had managed our property as a rental for almost 6 years. We were now living interstate and Neil managed the co-ordination with the tenants seamlessly on our behalf. We had so many questions about how the process worked, and it was never too much bother for Neil to send a prompt, informative reply to our many emails and texts. This level of service continued beyond the settlement as we finalised matters relating to the property as a rental.
