I had decided to sell my Fairy Meadow investment unit through the agent who had managed the property for years. The service I received from my managing agent was so poor, I pulled the listing. I really did want to sell the unit and remembered meeting Neil at an Open For Inspection I had attended some time ago and decided to contact Neil. From the first meeting, I knew I was dealing with a professional. The appraisal was higher than I expected based on what my previous agent had appraised the property for and the marketing plan suggested was quite reasonable and not over the top. At the first open house on the Saturday Neil presented me with an offer which I was happy to take however, Neil said he had interest from others at the open home and he would like to see where they are at first. By the Monday it was sold for $35k more than I thought possible and over $55k more than the previous agent told me, I could expect. I have purchased and sold a number of properties in the past and this has been by far my best experience. This is not just based on price achieved, but the whole experience.
