Neil was very easy to talk to for advise on selling our property. He definatly knew the market as Neil was able to sell our property off market at first viewing. We had never heard of the off market concept until Neil explained it and to be honest imagined that we would still have to go to market, but Neil did have a buyer in his database who made an offer on the day of the viewing, after negotiations over the next 2 days we all come to a price we were all happy with. Deal done within 6 days of Neil sending email invites I definitely recommend the off market concept, as we only had to have the 1 showing, minimal disruption. We were very impressed with Neil's work ethic some communication couldn't happen till after 6pm due to work but that didn't bother Neil he was always available to help. We highly recommend Neil, for all things realestate. We got a good vibe from Neil from the moment he entered the door and with his folder of research to help us understand his vision and strategy for selling our property.
