Neil and his team were a combination of professional and personal. Having not sold a house before, they were more than willing to walk me through the process, as well as my questions on it all. I found that they were efficient and personable, and actually really nice people to meet and generally to deal with. The value adds in the process were their communication, as well as the people that they worked with, for e.g. I found that their photographer for the marketing had a great eye for catching the feel of the house that I was hoping to highlight. I'd happily both recommend the team, as well as use them again, should I ever need.
