My experience with Nereda and the LJ Hooker team was extremely positive. As we are based interstate we were highly reliant on Nereda to guide us through the process and also to take a leading role in getting the property ready for sale, and also in the lead up to settlement where she was able to arrange an emergency repair at the last minute. More generally Nereda provided us with realistic and accurate advice which made the sale process and settlement decision very straightforward. for example, at the start of the campaign we had planned a number of renovations to the home to improve our sale price, however Nereda advised against this on the basis it was unlikely to impact the sale price for most purchasers.
