Unlike my first purchase, this one was fraught with unexpected difficulties and delays, none of which were Nereda's fault (nor mine or the seller's) but which made the process stressful and drawn out. Without her support and readiness to go way above and beyond what falls within the real estate agent's brief, my frustration levels would have been much much higher.
