In summary: Nic guides you through the whole journey from the moment you show interest in purchasing a property to the point of handing over the keys to you. Fantastic at all steps. The long version: My wife and I were amazed at how smooth everything went for us from the moment we laid eyes on this house (now our home) to the moment we moved in. Nic constantly kept tabs on us on what he could do to help us in the run up to purchasing through the online (Open negotiations platform) auction and then helping us with the steps of what wss next after we were successful in our bid. Bottom line Nic was just always very transparent with us and was great at communicating any small changes etc. As such purchasing of the property was a breeze in no small part to the reassurance Nic gave us that things were progressing on an expected timeline.. essentially 7 weeks from successful bid to moving in. Also helped as an intermediary between ourselves and previous owners with purchasing of existing furniture in the house. Good attention to detail and warm personality such as messaging my wife a happy birthday, seems trivial but showed that Nic does look after the sellers and buyers equally well. If/when we move - will be using Nic as our agent. Thanks for helping us.
