Carlo did a fantastic job selling my property. He brought great energy and enthusiasm from the start, and gave me confidence that everything was under control throughout the whole process. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how much he took off my plate. He helped organise and coordinate a lot of maintenance and improvement work before the sale, which meant I was able to be very hands-off while still knowing things were moving properly.
