I originally had my property, a Retirement Unit, listed with another agent for 10 months unsuccessfully. However, after listing with Nic, we suddenly had several potential buyers available and the property was sold and settled within the space of 2 months. Nic's approach to marketing is very dynamic and he was always immediately responsive to any questions I had made via telephone, text or email. In fact he made himself so available it caused me to wonder how he found the time for any other clients. Nic was always honest and open about any matters connected with our sale. We did however have a couple of problems with some staff procedural matters that caused me to raise complaints with Nic. Again Nic was immediately responsive, accepting of my criticism, apologetic, and sought to resolve the matter quickly. I understand that some office procedures have now been revised to prevent a repeat. Nic has taken the time to develop a good working relationship with the management of the Retirement Village, its staff and occupants. He has a good knowledge of the benefits available to occupants, and also has an understanding of the needs of potential buyers. As a result it appears that more recently most buyers and sellers for that Retirement Village now choose to deal directly with Nic.
