Nic made the seller confused about the settlement timeframe and was a bit pushy about sending the documents required, even when the seller was the one holding on the whole process. On the other hand, his assistant, Lauren, was very helpful and supportive.
The agent provided high level customer service. He was accommodating to meeting our needs and the whole process was relatively seamless.
