Nic is HIGHLY recommended. I touched base with him over 1 to 1.5 years before I finally engaged him (I was constantly watching the market - I lived in a Unit where someone else had undersold theirs in the complex and I was a mortgage prisoner). When I called him back, he had previously saved my details in his phone, and he recalled my enquiry about my Unit. It's a simple thing, but it made an impact. The sale overall was seamless and that included a rather challenging tenant; he handled that with grace and was highly communicative. It sold quicker than I thought, considering the hurdles I was against. Without Nic, I honestly don't know if would've sold that well, if it wasn't for his efforts!
