I engaged Nick to sell my unit that had been on the market for well over 12 months with no success. He worked tirelessly and reported to me every week and after every home open. It was great to know exactly what was happening. Nothing was too much for Nick even when the unit was sold and before settlement I broke both my arms and was in hospital he helped out with the settlement arrangements as I was obviously unavailable. He also visited me in hospital much to my surprise. I certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell a property in a realistic time period. He managed to achieve my price and in a market that had just collapsed he was a champion.
