I found Nick to be knowledgable in what I should and should'nt do to prepare the house for sale. He kept me up to date with other houses selling in the area while I prepared for open house . He gave me good and honest feedback on what potential buyers were saying and thinking. Once it was sold he stayed in contact and has become a friend.
