Very approachable but somewhat manipulative. While appearing to work for buyer/seller, at times felt like being manipulated to "go with the flow" when sale looked like not going ahead. Some aspects of the sale requirements not clear, eg needing building inspections and council approvals for things at last minute. Definitely would use her again..but would be a bit more assertive with her next time.
