Nicci was Amazing and so helpful at this hard time in our lives, she made the process of selling easy and was compassionate all the way. When it came to selling she negotiated on the top of a mountain in Tasmania on her holiday and Sold our property. Nicci always dropped everything when someone was interested in viewing the property or we needed to talk to her,our property is now SOLD and we are now relieved thanks to the FABULOUS NICCI!!!

NIcci gave honest and up to date feedback relating to the sale of my property. I was surprised by the initial estimated selling price and chose a lower than estimated price. In the next three months, there was little interest shown so I adjusted the sale price further. While I was reluctant to make an additional adjustment to the asking price, I took Nicci's advice based on market trends. Fortunately, Nicci was able to find interested investors and procure a sale. She highlighted the property attributes well and gave credit to the wonderful tenants that were residing in the property that helped with the presentation of my property. Hi Nicci, I have given 5 stars for all areas and this is simply because that is what we thought. We invited I think four agents in total to present their thoughts on the value of the property however the knowledge and honesty that Nicci came back with was really good for us to evaluate. Her communication was very good to the point where I think her personality kept our prospective buyer interested and that works in reverse also for Jen and I. The property could have well sat there for two or three years so I would have no issue at all in recommending her as an agent if you are on the lookout. Nicci was very helpful, gave me some awesome advice that helped me sell very quickly, and is a excellent negotiator.

Nicci was both friendly and exceptionally efficient to deal with. Having said that, she probably had an easy deal with me as only had to meet me once for the negotiations and signing of paperwork. The previous home owner and I did several house walk throughs together and even negotiated the key drop location without Nicci needing to be present on any of these occasions.
