On our first meetings with Lars and Nick, we knew we were in capable hands. We were new to the process and we felt very well guided through what can be a very tense experience. Nick explained every part of the process well, so we never felt unsure or uneasy. His consistent and timely communication was really important and appreciated. In what can sometimes feel like you are surrounded by sharks, we felt that both Nick and Lars genuinely wanted to treat everyone in the process respectfully, whilst working towards getting us the best price for our property. I'd ever recommend a real estate agent. Nick Arena is professional, highly personable and has a gentleness to him not often associated with the industry. He is a clear communicator, great listener and was a trustworthy adviser when we sold our home.
