Nicholas helped the reviewer buy this property

Transparent Communicator

It was a great experience buying this home from Nick and his team. When the owners decided to sell the property prior to the auction, Nick was transparent, patient and accommodating with his time and process, making himself available to answer all of our questions while we finalised our preparations. Nick had an excellent knowledge of the property's attributes, as well as the surrounding area which was helpful. All in all, a great experience buying from Nick and Cobden Hayson. Highly recommend!
