At this stage I was not looking to sell my property, but like any inquisitive home owner I was happy to have a chat about the Willoughby property market, and market in general. I first approached Nick to enquire about a 2 bedroom apartment he had for sale in Neutral Bay. He kept me up to date with his recent sales in the area and new properties on the market that he was selling. I received a number of emails over a 2 week period from him. This showed me that he was a dedicated and enthusiastic agent. I did not receive any update emails from the other real estate agents interested in selling my property. Nick was prepared to try to sell in my apartment in a mere 72 hours off market. A condition of my loan for the purchase of my new property was to sell my existing apartment prior to or simultaneous to settlement of the purchased property. Nick managed to get photos, floor plan, contract for sale and a listing on realestate.com.au in a matter of 48 hours, had 6 groups through on the Saturday, 2 contacts out, 1 potential purchaser returned on Sunday for a second viewing and commenced negotiations. It was great working with Nick on the sale of our property. Though we hit the market at a terrible time amidst the Corona virus, Nick was still able to negotiate a good end result.
