We have worked with Nicholas several times in the past, both buying and selling properties. We have always found him to be honest and approachable, and works very hard to get the best possible price for our properties. He regularly sends updates on how the campaign is progressing and is always available to take a call.
Nick is without doubt the best agent we got the chance to deal with. The effort that was put in to ensure we had the best chance at auction was outstanding, Vanessa and I highly recommend using Nick Hall!

If you want a highly experienced and highly professional agent look no further than Nicholas Hall. From the minute Nicholas took over the sale of our property he put in an extraordinary effort into making it happen with photos, drone shots and literature all with the aim of maximising the sale of the property. His communication with both us and the potentially buyers was focused commendable. He brought about a win win situation for both parties. Achieved a great sale. I highly recommend his services and that of the Ray White Paddington team.
I just purchased my first property with Nicholas and had a very pleasant experience. The open home was enjoyable and I was able to get all my questions answered one on one through his property and industry knowledge. During the contractual process, Nick was an excellent communicator and went out of his way to check in with me. He came across very genuine throughout the entire process and certainly made the experience a positive one for myself. Thanks again Nicholas!

His high level of experience and knowledge of the market and all aspects of the sale process were clear from the get-go, and he makes the extra effort to stay on top of all unique aspects of your sale to ensure a smooth process with the best possible result. He is an excellent communicator and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. You can have complete peace of mind if Nick is your agent.
A great job all round. Nicholas took care of everything, from the pre sale preparation of the property right up to the point of securing the contract with the buyer. He kept me up to date after each open home and had his finger on the pulse in terms of the property landscape in Petrie Terrace and the surrounding suburbs. Thank you very much!
