Mr. Nicholas Hall sold one of my properties a year ago, exceeding my expectation. His excellent market knowledge and efficiency in executing every stage of the selling process at a high level, coupled with timely and friendly updates on the progress of sales, were exceptional. This time around, I've got the privilege again to have Nicholas as my sales agent of choice. If you are looking for a professional to sell your property, I would wholeheartedly recommend: please give a call to Mr. Nicholas Hall.

Nick is a superstar agent and has the suburb of Petrie Terrace locked down. They don't call him Mr Petrie Terrace for nothing. Great service, brilliantly quick at responding, he kept us informed every step of the sale process. Highly recommend.

Nicholas was great to work with in the purchase of my first home. He was a great communicator and very prompt in providing all the information I needed. He made the process very easy and I was very thankful for his encouragement as I’m thrilled with my purchase. Thank you Nick!

Nick had very clear and honest communication throughout. And managed to get us a good price in a challenging market. Highly recommended.

We recently sold a property with Nick as our property agent. His expertise, friendly attitude and dedication to ensuring a successful sale made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, responsive, and committed property agent. He went above and beyond through our campaign and we are confident he will provide an exceptional experience for anyone in need of his services.

Very happy with Nick on our purchase. Prompt response and always polite and helpful. Highly commended.

We have been looking to buy for quite a while now and have encountered all manner of agents on our journey. Nick is genuine, understanding and supportive. We have found the whole process to be exactly what we wanted and Nick has allowed us to enjoy the moment of being first home buyers.

Professional and a great communicator. Nick provided us with clear advice on the best strategy to tackle the market and the results were great! Sold pre-auction. Thank you.

We recently bought a property where Nick was acting as the seller’s agent. The property was always well presented when we attended and Nick always had the relevant information on display and to hand. He made the process easy from a purchasers point of view by providing all the documentation we would require - including building and pest reports and development reports. He has gone out of his way to make the property accessible to us - when we couldn’t make any of the scheduled inspections, he opened the house multiple times out of standard hours for a private viewing. Post purchase he has facilitated entries for us to view with potential architects and has patiently waited (for over an hour) while we had these meetings. We are so grateful for how accommodating Nick has been.

When picking an agent we chose Nick - he came across the most Professional and we felt he was the right person to sell our parents home that has been in the family for over 100yrs.Nicks market knowledge also was present on the night of the auction - great result. Thanks Nick.
