The marketing attracted over 70 inspections in 4 weeks and the property sold at Auction at above the reserve price. Nick set out a program for the property and this was implemented on time and on budget throughout the 4 weeks. He supplied feedback after each open house and we were also provided a weekly report about inspections and any prospective buyers' interest in the property. We also received written offers prior to the Auction. Nick gave plenty of warning before inspections so that we could present the home to its full potential and was also punctual for meetings.
