We can’t praise Nick highly enough. He has been energetic, frank, honest and hard-working, with a commitment to ensuring a happy seller and happy buyer in a fluctuating market. He has kept in touch with us frequently during a lengthy period. We told him, after purchasing the property, that when (if) it comes time to sell, we will be in touch.
Nicholas Hall is a true professional. My experience with selling my house felt so seamless and so easy. I know that Nick worked extremely hard everyday in a shifting market. Calling clients in his data base, following up on leads. He communicated with me daily about every detail and emailed me reports from the open home. He helped me get the house ready for sale and organised work to be done for me when I could not attend. I did not have to think about doing much at all- as he had it covered from the moment I said "Let's do it". I would highly recommend Nicholas Hall as a Real Estate Professional. Thanks so much Nick for everything.
As purchasers we found Nicholas, the selling agent, to be ethical, down to earth and honest to the point. He is a great communicator and kept us up-to-date with what was happening with our purchase. Nicholas is friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy and above all professional in his approach to prospective purchasers. He has a good knowledge of the market and answered all questions we had, and if he did not know the answer, he went and found out. If I was selling a property, I would certainly engage Nicholas.
Excellent advice and preparation prior to listing, a comprehensive knowledge of the factors impacting on marketing, and provided regular communication and practical advice throughout the sale process. Achieved a great outcome for us. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful experience it was dealing with Nick, the way he handled the sale of our former family home was nothing short of superb. He was thoughtful and considerate throughout and was able to locate a buyer discreetly from his extensive database of buyers at a price we really did not expect to achieve. Everything he promised, he delivered and then some. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick as your real estate agent, not only will you get a thoroughly hard working professional agent but a nice and genuine person who really cares. Thank you Nick !!
It is not as eaay selling a property from another city. Nick did the little things and communicated regularly to assure us that things were being dealt with. Being the go between from us to tenants and rental agents. Letting us know what to spend money on, and where not to. We ended up with the agreed amount that we asked for. Ray
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Nicholas for his friendliness, professionalism and efficiency demonstrated during the sales period of our property. The property was sold within a fortnight thanks to Nicholas' action oriented approach. We are happy with the results achieved and we would highly recommend Nicholas as your RE Agent of Choice.
As a Buyer's Agent that works with selling agents all the time I can say that Nick was fantastic to deal with, he sent me any information I needed straight away, always answered his phone and responded to my emails which is a breath of fresh air. Nick is a great agent and was definitely working in his client's best interest to get their best outcome. I highly recommend Nick to anyone considering selling.
Our family chose to work with Nicholas Hall after previous successful dealings. No sooner was the property prepared for sale than we had Nicholas contact us with several people wanting to purchase it. He and his team are always available, follow up all calls and are extremely professional in their approach to the task at hand. It was a great experience all round with a successful result after a very short time on the market. I would thoroughly recommend Nicholas to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.
Nick made the buying process very easy. He has great knowledge of the area and answered all questions we had. Very good agent and not pushy. We would highly recommend to others looking to purchase a property.
Nick has been fantastic during the sale of my unit and I highly recommend him as an agent for his integrity, approachability and confidence. He works hard to get the best outcome for the client and is very willing to listen. Thanks 🙏
