Nicholas Hunt is a thorough professional and does his job with the highest standards. He was my agent for the property I bought and right from negotiation stages he helped me get the property approximately for what I expected. The whole journey from booking an inspection - > negotiation -> booking a deposit -> final inspection -> settlement was of very high standard from Nick. We found Nicholas to be very professional, not pushy, reliable, always kept communication happening with each step of the sale. When we had a buyer and had to pull out due to circumstances beyond our control, had another buyer by the afternoon. Got a better price for our house than what we expected. nick hunt is a real good business man we wanted 800k and he got it for us ! we even spotted nick during a cold windy day door knocking the streets around with flyers of our place to call home, so we asked him to come in for a hot cuppa and he declined and the reason being was he got another lead for a sale !!! and had to go back to the office ... ( the Ray White family has become like family to the DIGIORGIO'S ) so we gave him another sale and transfer our rental property's and the agency is looking for 2 houses for us to buy.
