Nicholas and the team at Ray White Hinchinbrook were all fantastic. They had the house sold almost as soon as it went on the market. They were very professional and kept me informed all through the process and achieved a very good price for the property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Nick helped sell our home of 30 years in South west Sydney, it was a crazy time in the market. Nick had a very calm professional manner and his knowledge of the local market and connections to buyers was first rate. Nick was able to interpret the buyers feedback for us and kept things realistic and we got a good result. We 'd recommend Nick to any vendor.

Nick Makrinakis and the team at Ray White Green Valley were awesome in the way they handled the sale of my property, from initial contact right through to auction where we achieved a sale well over reserve. Nick made himself available to answer any questions promptly and honestly, provided regular updates on inspections and told us the truth on feedback, not "what we wanted to hear". My wife and I found Nick to treat us more like family than just clients. I could not recommend Nick, Michael and the rest of the team at Green Valley any higher, and i would encourage anyone looking to sell their property in the area to reach out to Nick. Thanks you again Nick, you have truely changed our lives with the result you were able to achieve for us

I chose Nick as he had the greatest reputation in the area and the most properties sold, this turned out to be a great choice as a few weeks later on Auction day the house was sold for almost $100,000 above our reserve price. Nick and Adrian provided transparency in buyer feedback and worked hard to get every single interested buyer through the doors. That work paid off. If you want an agent who will put in the work for you, choose Nick and Adrian at Ray White.

Faced with a short marketing campaign Nick and Adrian rose to the challenge. Entrusting them with full access 24/7 to the premises proved to be invaluable. Combining honesty, efficiency, knowledge and respect Nick and his team thrived for perfection. The professionalism displayed throughout was unparalleled. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nick, Adrian and the team to others.

Friendly, reliable and approachable, had a great experience from start to finish, Nick was an awesome agent and never gave us a false hope, highly recommend him.
