Easily the best.- But what set's him apart from everyone else ?
My job as the state operational leader of Australia's largest travel retailer meant that I set the bar really high in terms of customer service and attention to detail I expected from a person I was leaving in charge to sell my biggest asset.
I arranged for 5 local agents to come into my home and explain why they should be the person I instructed to sell my home, all 5 agents came in with EXACTLY the same price range to sell my house with marginally varying ideas of the method to sell (private sale, Expressions of interests ect) so for me it then became "what else" and it's here you'll find Nick really stands out from the pack.
A couple of things that will set him apart from the large majority of agents out there.
- Attention to detail - He takes the time to really inspect every nook and cranny in your home and doesn't miss a beat, he by far spent the most amount of time asking about my home and why I was motivated to sell it along with really looking at every detail in the house so when a potential buyer would ask a question he didn't miss a beat with the answer.
- Contactable - He did exactly what he said he would do in terms of speaking with me at specific times and dates and never have I called him and he not answered.
- Reliability - When we had a buyer that had put an offer in he formed a very balance view of the situation having qualified them and this put my mind at ease to make a calculated decision on the sale of my home.
- Trustworthy and Honorable - As we're selling our first home we're also looking to buy, Agents get a horrible wrap when it comes to being a buyer in the market as the agents are only out to get bleed every cent from the prospective buyer, for me this is where the rubber met the road, he was the only agent to ensure that the person who was purchasing my house was also treated as a real person and that they were dealt with in a respectable way and for me if I was buying a house this is EXACTLY how I expect to be treated.
