We found Nick very professional he alway acknowledged you by name. He went out of his way to show you houses even when they were not open for inspection. Nick has a very warm personality. If we every need to by a house or sell one Nick would be the first point of call. Nick we wish you all the best in the future

Being a first home buyer, I had the pleasure of working with Nick. I particularly say pleasure because Nick had answers for almost all of my "thousand" questions and was being very patient in all his responses. I used Nick Matkin for the sale of my property in Doreen. I found both Nick and Alana to be excellent - easy to work with, good communicators and achieved a great result for me. Nick is a tough agent, and I say this because as a buyer, he was utterly unyeilding in negotiations and would not relent until he got the best possible price for the vendors he was engaged by to sell their property. Although I originally missed out on a property because Nick managed to get an extremely high price for them, Nick then went out of his way to show me properties I would be interested in and was available at any time for inspections and my calls. I found Nicholas to be very professional, approachable and committed to his position as a REA for MK. While looking for a property, I dealt with a number of agents whose approach was "mediocre" to say the least compared to Nicholas. For example, my initial inquiry around the Borrack Cres property was replied to straight away. Nicholas always returned my calls promptly and responded to my requests respectfully and most professionally. Nicholas clearly demonstrated his commitment to the vendor(s) of Borrack Cres, whilst also respecting my position as the purchaser. My only regret is that I didn't use Nicholas for the sale of my Diamond Creek property, I feel he might have pushed the final outcome up a bit!! Very persuasive! If I am ever to consider selling, I would most certainly seek out Nicholas to manage the sale....and he plays golf!! I have and will continue to recommend Nicholas to any of my work colleagues/friends if they are considering selling/buying.
