Nicholas Richards

We may have been spoilt by the agent from another firm who sold our previous house who was very reactive and nothing was too much trouble for him but we found that Nicholas was slow in reacting and seeing opportunities in terms of the sale and whilst we were very happy with the property it was like pulling teeth to get the sale finalised. There was a certain amount of blame directed at the owners for the slow appearance of the S32- simple don’t put it on the market til you have it. Our solicitor wanted us to measure the property to make sure that the title accorded with physical measurements and this was too much trouble. He actually argued about the need which is obvious. I come from about 45 years in a local government property background- sorry I do know what I am talking about. Most things were too much trouble….not a great experience…..but maybe we were spoiled by the opposition in sale of our home. Ray white Glen Waverley bombarded our daughter with text messages about the sale of our previous house. She had no financial interest in that property and god knows where they got the information that she did. Unprofessional and a breach of privacy. Still waiting for an explanation eight months later on that one. Regards Angela
