Nick was absolutely amazing at every stage of our real estate journey. He has excellent market knowledge and is genuinely in your corner. Nick basically melted the phone to get us a truly amazing result on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful. I didn't think Nick was putting in much effort so I offered him an incentive based commission. He declined saying his name on the sale was incentive enough. That turned out to be wrong as he came back to me asking for more commission on the Monday after the first open home. He said he had a lot of other work to do and needed to focus on things worth his while, which I thought was unprofessional and galling given his previous refusal of the incentive. Low and behold, the place sold within a few hours after he obtained a big incentive commission! The ad he prepared had incorrect land size (significantly smaller than it was) and levies, which I had to correct. He also just copied the copy from the last ad, without mentioning renovations. He did not contribute to staging the place and we felt like we had to drive the process for him.

We recently engaged Nicholas to sell a property for us in Camperdown. Having dabbled in real estate for many years, and hence having experienced many styles of selling, we can happily testify that Nicholas is the best agent that has come our way. With over a hundred groups through the house during the campaign, and eight registered bidders at the auction, Nicholas achieved a price for us that was $150K over our reserve. I think the result surprised even him!! He worked tirelessly with his brother Jonathan during the campaign, showing interested buyers through the house after hours and on weekends. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. And with his gentle and genuine manner he was always a pleasure to deal with.
