As above. Made my purchase easy as I'm an interstate buyer. Everything was done over facetime/phone and was super smooth. With anything, pros and cons. As a buyer, especially interstate, I rely on the agent's advice. There was a mistake over the specific allocated carpark space and of course, the fault was both parties, mine as well for not doing my own due diligence over the paperwork.
