Our original belief was that to sell this property would be, to say the least, challenging. However, Nick and Belinda and, very importantly, their incredible auctioneer transformed this belief into an unexpected and amazing result at auction. Brilliant work Belle Property Beecroft.
Nick and his team was able to make us feel confident in the process and of the outcome, giving us peace of mind that we did the best we could to achieve the best outcome. After 3 months in a very hard market, Nick and his team have sold our parents home for a very fair price. We can not speak more highly of Belle Property. All the staff have been very professional and yet personable. Nick never gave up and turned up to every Open House as though it was the first. A huge thank you from all the family.
Nick guided me through the process of selling my family home with expect advice, knowledge of the market and experience. It was a pleasure to deal with Nick and his team at Belle Beecroft.
Nick is knowledgeable and as a local has an excellent grasp of the market in Beecroft and the surrounding neighbourhood. In a difficult market he enabled us to run to an extremely tight schedule and the house was sold in just 4 weeks, on a weekend with many other competing houses on the market. He is a straight shooter and won’t waste your time telling you what he thinks you want to hear. He conjured up a non registered bidder mid auction and convinced them to register, who ended up buying our house. He was always confident and never flustered. Belle also did a great job at keeping us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Nick and Belle Property Beecroft.
Nick and his team offered me great advice about things I hadn’t considered that made difference to the way my home presented and advertised before putting it on the market. His knowledge of the area was really evident as he provides great insight into the area pointing out things we hadn’t considered buyers would bring up and put a strategy in place that helped the final result. Everything ran smoothly and communicated by his team was exceptional along with their auctioneer on the day.

We chose to have Nick Bedford sell our family home based on his knowledge, professionalism and recommendations from friends who have purchased and sold through him in the area. We found him to be very approachable, attentive and realistic. He provided honest and straight to the point advice and guided us through the entire process giving us confidence every step of the way. We would highly recommend Nick and the team at Belle Property Beecroft for the sale of your home. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and professional providing support and advice throughout the process. The marketing campaign was very successful despite a quieter market and we had record numbers of people through our open homes. Nicks communication style is open and honest and he kept us well informed each week. We totally trusted Nick and his team, which made our job easier as vendors. It was an easy sale decision to make after 5 weeks into the sales campaign as we fully understood the market, potential buyers and our options. Thanks Nick for for making or sale a positive experience and good luck for the future!
Nick has great knowledge and experience in the industry and his communication/people skills are fantastic. This made all the difference in achieving a sale. Even though the media created doom and gloom for a vendor my experience was definitely not that. Nick made it his business to make sure that selling a house was as hassle free for me as possible. Thanks Nick.
