Nick and his team at Belle Property have a wealth of knowledge in the Beecroft catchment. They walked us through the sale process in a very challenging market to get us the best price possible for our property. Nick is completely trustworthy and holds his vendor in very high regard. There were no hidden surprises the process went to the plan that was established. I will be using Nick and his team again for my next property.
Nick was a pleasure to work with and was very professional at all times he has a wonderful team around him who compliment his way of getting things done successfully.
Nick and Belinda from Belle Property Beecroft worked tirelessly to sell our house in a tough market for vendors. They and their team guided us through the house preparation, were always available to discuss issues and provided detailed feedback after each open house. Despite significant price falls in the past year they managed to generate a lot of interest in our property and several potential buyers. Selling in such a market was always going to be hard, but Nick managed our expectations and ultimately got us over the line.
Nick is knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy with a great reputation in the local market. Pleasure to deal with on the buy side.

Nick and his team were both extremely professional and a delight to work with. Nick's expert market knowledge of the Beecroft/Cheltenham area and negotiating skills ensured the we achieved a very positive result despite a declining market. His great people skills meant that every potential buyer was given his full attention and that we were guided through the process of selling our home of more than 30 years with confidence and respect. Nick also provided us with his wider expertise when we were buying our new home. Sincere thanks to Nick, Belinda and all at Belle Beecroft.
Nick has a gentle manner that made me feel at ease from the start. I always felt that he addressed any issues I raised and never doubted his judgement. Nick gave me confidence in my decision making and was reliable with time, responses to my questions and keeping me updated with what was happening when people were viewing my house.
Nick, with his wonderful and dedicated team at Belle Property Beecroft excelled themselves again in the sale of our second house recently. We cannot rate Nick highly enough for his very reassuring professional manner in dealing with our marketing campaign and achieving a very pleasing result in a turbulent market. His communication and negotiation skills are second to none. T & J McKeown
Being in the market for my first property, I was nervous about dealing with real estate agents. After meeting Nick (and others at his agency), I realized that they weren’t always pushy or difficult. From the first meeting, Nick was approachable, knowledgeable and upfront (a refreshing quality). I knew where I stood all the time, wherever it be in regards to the price of the property or making me feel at ease and allowing me to visit the property whenever I wanted. Nick was also very helpful in recommending tradesmen and was always available to answer any questions, which was fantastic. He is someone I would highly recommend!
