Nick worked tirelessly to promote the sale of our property in what was a very difficult market. I found that Nick provided regular updates on where we were at during the sale campaign, was very knowledgeable of the area our property was located, and got back to us promptly regarding any queries we had.
Nick found himself in a place he would rather not be, his estimate of the market when starting out did not come to fruition due to the falling market Nationally, however he continued contacting all those who showed an interest in the property and eventually brought forward an offer that whilst it was not as expected, was accepted by us, the vendors.
